We currently support major football leagues including the Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, and Ligue 1, along with many other leagues worldwide. We're continuously expanding our coverage to include more leagues and teams based on user demand.

Creating an account is simple! Click the "Sign Up" button, enter your email address, and we'll send you a magic link to verify your email. Click the link in your email, and you'll be logged in automatically. No passwords needed!

We use a passwordless authentication system called "magic links" for better security and convenience. You don't have to remember another password, and it's more secure than traditional passwords. Simply enter your email, click the link we send, and you're in!

Yes, you can delete your account at any time. Go to your Account Settings and click on "Delete Account". Please note that this action is permanent and will remove all your ratings and data from our system.

You can submit one comprehensive rating per day for your club. This includes ratings across all categories like match performance, transfers, management, etc. We believe this frequency allows fans to express their changing sentiments while preventing spam or manipulation.

Your individual ratings are private and not displayed publicly with your name. However, your ratings contribute to the overall aggregate scores shown for each club. You can choose to display your username with comments if you wish, but it's optional.

Once submitted, ratings cannot be edited. This ensures the integrity of our real-time sentiment tracking. However, you can submit new ratings the next day to reflect any changes in your opinion.

You can select one team per sport. For example, you could support one football club, one basketball team, etc. However, within each sport, you must choose only one team to maintain the authenticity of fan sentiment.

We're constantly expanding our database of teams. If your team isn't listed, please contact us at support@ratemy.club with your team request. We prioritize adding teams based on user demand and league coverage.

Overall ratings are calculated using a weighted average of all fan ratings. Recent ratings have slightly more weight to reflect current sentiment, but we also consider historical data to prevent dramatic swings from single events. Each category (performance, transfers, management, etc.) contributes to the overall score.
