Rate My Club is a platform that allows football fans to rate and express their opinions about their favorite clubs, players, and related events. The Service includes:

• Club and player rating systems
• Real-time sentiment tracking
• Community discussions and feedback
• Statistical analysis and insights
• News and event tracking

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Restrictions

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold
• You may not impersonate others or provide false information

4. User Conduct

• Manipulate ratings to skew results
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post content that is illegal, offensive, or violates others' rights

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Team Selection and Changes

• Users may select one primary team per sport
• Team changes are limited to ONE per account lifetime
• Changing teams will result in loss of all previous ratings for that team
• Users who abuse team changes to manipulate ratings will be permanently banned
• Team selection represents genuine fan support, not temporary preferences

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 User Content

By submitting content (ratings, comments, etc.), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content in connection with the Service.

6.2 Our Content

All other content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Rate My Club and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of user-generated content
• Ratings and opinions expressed are those of users, not Rate My Club
• We are not affiliated with any football clubs, leagues, or organizations

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rate My Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rate My Club, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including:
